Beware Rebates through RebatesHQ / Parago

Just thought I’d throw this up here.

I bought a monitor from PC Connection back in October that came with a $100 rebate. Their rebate partner is RebatesHQ, aka Parago. Today I received by second email from customer service after inquiring about the status of my rebate. At all costs, do not count on rebates from them. I spoke with PC Connection, and they are aware of the problem. In fact, they’ve been authorized to credit your credit card for the rebates if you haven’t received it after 14 weeks.

stages of processing. Your rebate check should be mailed by 03/21/2007.

there is anything else we can do to assist you, please contact us at
