I had the EXACT same thing happen with them Same e-mails, ets. I called on the phone. 1 lie after another. This has been going on since September and still no rebate I even asked for a manager and thrreatened them with the Attorney General’s office. They could care less. It’s just a big scam operation

I’m not planning on buying one either–I’ve heard that apple is planning on releasing a smaller nano sized iPhone by the end of the year, and I hate to say I’m interested to see how much buzz that product will get.

Will they ever, I wonder, open it up to other service providers than AT&T or if they have a binding contract for a certain amount of time.
